Posts 1,409 Re: Aljazeera So, who won this argument?..... lets make it more simplier to discuss...for instant can we compare Aljazeera with Almanar or/and Alarabia? is there any different between them ? or are these channels simply sharing a common purpose ? i've noticed that News Channels became more like Europian Soccer Clubs every Citizen have his or her Favorite News Channel, they are cheering for their Favorite Channel and Booing against its rivals...Is it possible that these channels had meant to be as a secret enforcer of making particular people calm down and confident of their Country, Religion and Society Conflicts...Perhaps and only perhaps all news channels are the modern way to tranquilize people minds because ppl are chosing the news which suit them; not the news that relativly tellin the truth?? It's called "propaganda" or "public relations." and who gives a shitt about aljazeera english? I'm talking about aljazeera arabic... since it's the channel that arabs watch !!    Report

I do agree that the political islam is playing a negative role in aljazeera.... but yet... aljazeera is doing a very good job in the area.... Ive watched many talk shows and documentaries made by aljazeera..... they are covering lots of topics not only in the arabic region.... but all around the world.... some of its editors are just pain in the neck when they try to impose islamic vision to their stories.... but I would say this is just one side of the channel... u can still find other good sides... after all nothing perfect in the media business....... actually aljazeera has revolutionized the news agenda all around the world!.... because of aljazeera tens of international channels rushed into the area including BBC, TV5, Alhura, the italians.... the russians.... lek even spain!! what the hell... its all just to push aljazeera aside and control back that little arab's mind!
