I refused to live in the U.S while i had the chance because I love Syria, and that's why it deeply saddens me to see the huge negligence towards the environment. You mentioned the "Diesel invasion". I have to add another disease: the plastic bags invasion. Each time i travel to the beautiful mountains up north i discover tons of trash (mostly plastic bags) dumped in waterways and in valleys mostly. I've been monitoring them for 12 years now and nothing has ever been done about this problem. I know that speaking out about it is not going to do any good. Never has and probably never will any soon. But Souria.com is the first who seriously brought up the subject so i thought i shoud join! Thanks for listening!
