Sixteen Army, Law-enforcement and Civilian Martyrs Laid to Rest

The bodies of sixteen army and law enforcement martyrs and a civilian were escorted on Wednesday from Tishreen Military Hospital in Damascus to their final resting place.

Solemn processions were held for the martyrs who were killed while they were in the line of duty in Damascus Countryside, Daraa and Sweida.
The martyrs are:
- Colonel Tayseer Yousef Kurdi, from Idleb.
-Colonel Mohammad Namr al-Hassan, from Damascus.
- Captain al-Kumait Mohammad Z eid Ehdli, from Idleb.
-First Lieutenant Yamin Khalil Ibrahim, from Hama.
- Second Lieutenant Marwan Adnan Khaddour, from Homs.
-Chief Warrant Officer Hafez Hassan Shaaban, from Hama.
-Sergeant Abdul Basitt al-Shhadat, from Daraa.
-Sergeant Mahmoud Sheikh Ahmad, from Aleppo.
-Sergeant Mossa Mohammad Salim, from Deir-Ezzour.
-Sergeant Asaad Eid al-Merbed, from Hasaka.
-Conscript Ali Mohammad Mhana, from Tartous.
- Conscript Khalil Ibrahim al-Safaf, from Hama.
-Conscript Musa'b Subhi al-Naesi, from Hama.
-Conscript Khalid Turki al-Abdullah, from Homs.
- Policeman Zaher Ahmad abu Khalil, from Lattakia.
-Civilian Firas Jamal Khaddour, from Homs.
The martyrs' families stressed adherence to national unity and determination to foil the conspiracy against the homeland, expressing confidence in the Syrian people's ability to overcome the crisis and build the renewable Syria.
